Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom, with some rooms offering a balcony. Guests receive complimentary welcome gifts upon arrival and benefit from a nightly turndown service with chocolates and water.

Rooftop & Pools

The hotel operates two swimming pools: a 40 m2 rooftop infinity pool with views of Palma Bay, which is the longest infinity pool on a city rooftop, and a second indoor pool. The rooftop terrace includes a bar and snack bar serving cocktails and gourmet snacks. Sun loungers are available on the rooftop deck, though the space is limited and fills quickly during peak hours.

Guests receive free access to the full spa and wellness center, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, hammam, showers, and sauna. The spa offers body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, and a steam room, plus spa/wellness packages and a spa lounge. The fitness center is open 24 hours and includes a personal trainer on request and yoga classes.

Dining

The hotel has two on-site restaurants: DINS restaurant, where chef Santi Taura prepares a chef-driven menu focusing on traditional local ingredients and serves an à la carte breakfast each morning. The rooftop Urba restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine and a cocktail bar with panoramic views. A coffee house on site and a bar serving wine/champagne and special diet menus upon request are also available.

Location & Services

The hotel is located in the La Calatrava district, an 11-minute walk from Palma Port and a 5-10 minute walk to Palma Cathedral and the old town. Services include airport shuttle, car hire, concierge service, express check-in/check-out, and tour desk for local bookings. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible facilities, lowered bathroom sinks, raised toilets, and grab rails in guest bathrooms.

“This adults-only hotel caught my attention with its blend of classic design and modern touches, especially the rooftop terrace with Palma's longest infinity pool; the location in the historic La Calatrava district is a real plus. The in-house dining experience by Chef Santi Taura stands out, too. Overall, it's a chic pick for those seeking a serene escape.”
